Welcome to Villas on the Gulf!

Villas was formed as an association in August of 1979.  The community is located beach-side on the eastern portion of Santa Rosa Island. The Gulf Islands National Seashore is just a short bike ride away eastward.

Villas on the Gulf has 112 one and two bedroom condominium units across five acres of lush landscaped grounds. The center of the community has a clubhouse and swimming pool along with a laundry room for the membership. And, of course, there is the beach! Access to the beautiful, sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach is via a crossover located in the courtyard on the southern portion of the property. Welcome to paradise!
